I've received a faulty/damaged itemAlthough this is very rare, should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please send us an email with an image of the faulty product, and a member of our dedicated customer service team will advise on the best solution, including refund, replacement or repair options.

Why are your lead times so long?We know our lead times are not great at the moment, but we’ll only make an item after you’ve bought it. This means that there isn’t lots of spare stock sitting around our warehouse we think it’s more responsible this way. We’re working on getting products made as quickly as we can..

How fast is Express Delivery?We keep small volumes of best-selling in our warehouse. These will be marked Express Delivery on our website, and will dispatch from us within 3 - 10 working days.

I would like to return my orderWe give all of our customers 14 days to return full priced item. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning items. Full priced items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note Final sale cannot be returned and/or exchanged unless deemed faulty Discounted promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return their order. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to sender. For your return to be accepted, all items must be: Unworn, unaltered and in original condition Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. If the product is faulty or damaged, then please contact us with photos of the damage within our 14 day return time frame policy, and our team will be happy to advise you accordingly.

Can I cancel an order?You can cancel an order before dispatch by going in 'My Account' and 'My Orders'. If the cancel option is missing or your order has dispatched already, you can contact us and we can sort this out for you. NOTE: If you have a bespoke order you have 7 days after placing the order to cancel. Due to the more customisable aspects of these products, cancellation after this time may incur charges.
